Big City Forum and Evil Monito present Mas Entradas, an event featuring Gary Garay, Shizu Saldamando, and Josh Kun, that plans to focus on cultural identity and cultural crossover. Saldamando’s painting and drawing series and Garay’s mixed media and DJ projects will be featured in this event which will be held at the Evil Monito Headquarters on Tuesday, August 18th, 2009 from 8-10PM. Both Garay and Saldamando had their work included in the 2008 exhibition at LACMA called Phantom Sightings: Art after the Chicano Movement.
