In all honesty, I’m usually very dismissive of photography. Alas! Young Chicagoan Jessica Labatte comes correct with some seriously amazing still life photographs! Lots and lots of images after the break, enjoy.
Jessica is fresh out of school, named 2010 “breakout artist”, doing a residency tour and killing it in general. Check out her most recent show @ Golden, with a nice little accompanying write up in Artforum. Keep on transcending that junk lady!
