Paul Ripke’s Honey I Shrunk I The Adults

Paul Ripke’s eerie photographs of adult kids with baby adults will have you taking a double take and trying to figure out how these seamless and arresting images were created .

are we supposed to pretend that this is some original idea, rather than an old internet meme which there are already hundreds of images of? I can’t stand when “artists” do this! Its like publishing a scientific paper you copied from wikipedia! and you really think these images “will have you [...] trying to figure out how these seamless and arresting images were created”?? PHOTOSHOP. that’s how. be mystified no more! sorry to blast hate everywhere, as I love most of the stuff you guys put up on the site. but this great injustice must not go unrecognized. I mean, there’s even a crappy single serving site for these images! http://manbabies.com/ lol!

While I see what this guy is saying above. There’s also a certain level of skill exhibited in these photos that go above and beyond meme status and what is art if not a commentary on contemporary pop culture, including memes.

I could not have said it better, zeph. Oh and it’s “eerie.” But when you’re making an asinine point, what does spelling matter anyway …
