Zeroing by Andrey Nepomnyasochev makes me think: What if the entire world was a crumpled sheet of paper sitting tightly in someones hand waiting to be torn apart.
Australian born, Tokyo based illustrator Antisant has a nice collection of drawings on his sites of people vomiting various patterns, worms, and other gross yet beautifully patterned stuff. If pattern vomit isn’t enough to get you over to his site there’s also some cool typographic treatments for the design nerds and customized kicks for the sneaker heads.
I love me a well designed show poster or flyers so stumbling onto the Portfolio of Jon Smith was a nice surprise. I first saw Jon’s work at the Renegade Craft Fair in SF and have visited his site several times to check out what he’s been up to. The color’s in these posters are strong and the typography is solid as a rock so check out Jon’s site, read his rant filled blog posts, and pick up a poster or two.
The bug eyed, bizarre world of Kristofer Porter is one that I could stare at all day.
Scott Jarrett documents buildings that have been beaten, bruised and neglected by their owners and community. This is some serious beautiful decay.
Photographer Justin Walker‘s studio photos of guns, food, and thighs (both human and chicken) are cold and slick in the best of ways.
