Terry Richardson Speaks!

Most people either love or hate photographer Terry Richardson. I have to admit that I haven’t been the biggest fan of his work but hearing him speak in these two videos produced by Belvedere Vodka has made me rethink my position. I appreciate his sincerity and honesty about what he does and why he does it. Second video after the jump.

Ziggy, Protector Of B/D Shirts

ziggy

If you ever thought about breaking into the B/D office and stealing all the boxes of shirts going to stores think again. Ziggy the B/D mascot will hunt you down and slaughter you.  Look at the photo after the jump to see his vicious tactics. I nearly lost a finger.

Caleb Weintraub

Caleb Weintraub paintings Peter Miller Gallery

Caleb Weintraub recently had a show open at Peter Miller Gallery. The show is filled with hyper-colored paintings of kids in war uniforms riding boars, eating gators, and holding longest beard contests. Interesting to say the least! Make sure to see the show before it comes down on October 17th.

Also one of these paintings in the show will also be featured in  B/D Book 2 so if you’re a fan of Caleb’s work make sure to Subscribe!

Jennifer Sanchez

Jennifer Sanchez paintings

Jennifer Sanchez makes some nice paintings. The style might be a bit too reminiscent of Beatriz Milhazes work but still worth taking a look at.

Mirko Martin’s LA Crash!

Mirko Martin Photographs

Some great photographs of arrests and car crashes in Mirko Martin’s portfolio. From the looks of it he must work in the movie industry.

Oh, Brother

Most car commercials are boring. This one is imaginative, funny, and creative.

Gleaming The Video Game!

I usually don’t like viral videos that promote products but this is really creative and unique. 36 Freeborders re-create a giant falling block video game down the streets of San Francisco at night. It’s like Gleaming The Cube meets Tetris… Awesome!

Tipper Gore Is A Photographer?

Tipper Gore Photography

I know that Democrats are supposed to be hip and that most artists “Baracked the vote” but I was blown away when I stumbled onto the photography of Tipper Gore. Am I crazy or are these really great photographs? I could see these images in Time (maybe even National Geographic) magazine any day of the week. My hats off to Tipper. I’m truly impressed. More images after the jump.
