Yi-Hsin Tzeng
Yi-Hsin Tzeng uses various mediums to construct and communicate her sense of black humor and outside viewpoint. Her recent series on defacing and appropriating public images (magazines, political figures, fashion, etc.) is an attempt at regaining some control over the surreal absurdity that comes with the fake, posed, and plastic nature of public images.

I love patterns, and I definitely get my fill through Daniel Brereton’s work. We are featuring yet another renaissance man who not only exhibits his lively work in galleries, but also works in music videos, apparel design, and etc.
Raul Gonzalez
Massachusetts-based painter Raul Gonzalez is not only an artist who has exhibited in galleries, but he also works as an art teacher. I also worked as an art teacher, and so I can’t help but feel an instant respect for Raul. Looking through his paintings, you are immediately reminded of classic cartoons…..classic cartoons that are walking around with arrows pierced through their skulls, boners growing out of their foreheads, and wearing necklaces made out of bullets… I think Raul would be a very fun teacher to learn from.
Joseph Leroux
Joseph Leroux uses various materials (metal, paper, wire, found objects, etc) to create creepy looking sculpture and installations full of symbolism. Check out his series on body parts merged with machinery/ metal works.
Steven Ketchum
Looking through Brooklyn-based artist Steven Ketchum’s illustrations is like watching half of a television show interrupted by an unfocused screen. The figures in his drawings seem confused….either by themselves or each other.

Moscow based artist Daria Marchik enjoys exploring eccentric non-comformity through her work. She dabbles in many fields, which includes art directing, photography, performance, etc. I love her simple, yet powerfully striking costumes that are so full of humor.

New York – based painter, Winston Chmielinski creates an incredibly striking collection of work that may appear a little washed out, but, oddly enough, works to contribute to the powerful execution.
