Returns & Exchanges

  1. We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange.

  1. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.

  1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date.

  1. You must email us at¬†[email protected]¬†for authorization¬†before you send anything back. Please include your order number, full name, shipping address, phone number, and reason for the return. We will contact you within 24-48 hours.

  1. If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us.

  1. If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no shipping charges.

  1. For US Customers - We will email you with a  pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box and send back. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

  1. For International Customers - You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
